Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations.
• Analyze store performance using KPIs and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent in-store customer service and experience.
• Manage visual merchandising to maximise sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations and ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and store performance.
• Provide high standards of customer service and in-store experience.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation to maximise sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and customer escalations promptly.
• Manage e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Ensure integration between online and offline channels (Click & Collect, in-store fulfilment, returns).
• Monitor website performance, customer journey and UX to improve conversion.
• Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions and content across digital channels.
