Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and fulfillment operations. You will ensure smooth execution of daily orders, manage client onboarding, and drive process improvements across the logistics workflow. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, possess strong leadership and analytical skills, and be adept in using various eCommerce platforms. This role is critical to achieving operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

Job description
Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and client-orientedeCommerce Operations Managerto lead our warehouse andfulfillmentoperations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day execution, managing onboarding of new clients, handling customer queries, and driving process improvements across our eCommerce logistics workflow. You will be the key link between our warehouse teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily eCommerce orders across multiple marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok)
  • Attend to and resolve client operational issues and service inquiries promptly
  • Lead and support the onboarding of new clients – SOP creation, WMS setup, process walkthroughs
  • Drive productivity and efficiency initiatives across teams and processes
  • Monitor KPIs such as order turnaround time, accuracy rate, inventory discrepancies, and team performance
  • Manage warehouse team leads, supervisors, and floor staff; oversee rostering and workload allocation
  • Collaborate closely with customer service, tech, sales, and finance to ensure seamless client experience
  • Control and track operational costs; recommend and implement cost-saving measures
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, inventory integrity, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
  • 3–5+ years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment environment
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS, OMS, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Solid people management and leadership experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment
