Job summary

UNITED WINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a competent Manager to oversee daily office operations, arrange staff meetings, maintain records of appointments, and coordinate repairs and renovations.

You will lead HR-related activities, organize workflows, and ensure policy compliance while fostering a productive, compliant workplace culture. The role emphasizes staff coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement, with an expectation of high organizational standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.
• Knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of the department.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and staff coaching abilities.
• Experience leading a department and its staff.
• Understanding of budgeting and accounting principles.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Provide direction to employees in line with company policies.
• Ensure health and safety of the workforce.
• Lead development and performance planning for the unit.
• Foster an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop staff, including onboarding and career development.
• Plan and implement efficient office systems and procedures.
• Maintain schedules, communications, and regular reporting to management.
