Job summary

ARISTOS SEARCH LLP is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for a 3–6 month contract to support an office relocation project in Singapore. You will work with the IT Infrastructure team, facilities, and vendors to ensure a smooth move with minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities include IT preparation, device deployment, meeting-room tech setup, end-user support, asset tracking, and coordinating with vendors to complete seating and network validation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IT desktop / end-user support experience.
• Experience supporting an office relocation, IT deployment, technology refresh, or large-scale workstation rollout is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support IT activities before, during, and after the office relocation.
• Assist with inventory, labeling, packing, tracking, movement, and deployment of IT equipment.
• Set up and validate desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and other end-user peripherals.
• Verify workstations are correctly installed according to seating plans.
• Perform pre-move and post-move testing of IT equipment and connectivity.
• Provide hands-on support during move and cutover activities.
• Assist Infrastructure with basic network connectivity testing and troubleshooting.
• Verify LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity at user workstations and common areas.
• Assist with patching and validation of network ports.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve connectivity issues.
• Assist with setup and testing of meeting-room IT and audiovisual equipment.
• Validate displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and room connectivity.
• Support Teams meeting-room and conferencing functionality.
• Troubleshoot meeting-room systems after the move.
• Provide onsite floor-walking support during and after the move.
• Resolve common Windows, Microsoft 365, printer, network, peripheral, and workstation issues.
• Assist users with reconnecting and validating equipment at new locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software and escalate where needed.
• Maintain accurate equipment migration records and asset tags.
