Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAT, IT, Business Analytic functions

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, connectivity and general issues
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops, and assist with common applications such as Outlook, Teams and OneDrive
• Set up, install, configure and maintain computers, servers and standard business applications
• Assist with printers, meeting-room equipment and other workplace technology
• Maintain asset records and track company equipment
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment preparation, account setup and access requests
• Coordinate basic support for vessels and remote users, including connectivity and application issues
• Set up equipment for training sessions, meetings, audits and presentations, and provide on-site technical support when required
• Assist with packing, unpacking, relocating and setting up computers and servers
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned
