Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a CRM Developer to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions in Singapore. You will collaborate with business users and project teams to translate requirements into technical CRM solutions and ensure high quality delivery.

The role involves developing CRM plugins and workflows, building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, and providing post-implementation support while maintaining code quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development and customization.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills for CRM solutions.
• Experience building integrations via REST/SOAP web services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Build CRM plugins, workflows, custom modules, and integrations using CRM SDK, C# and .NET.
