Job summary

You will conduct organisational diagnoses, support change initiatives, and strengthen culture and employee engagement across the firm. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure timely execution, including providing maternity cover for OD priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in organisational development, effectiveness, change management, or internal consulting.
• Strong analytical capability with hands-on AI to drive OD strategies and decisions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives in complex/matrixed environments.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings, manages ambiguity and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organisational and functional assessments; identify themes and improvement areas.
• Support planning and delivery of change initiatives with structured approaches.
• Design interventions to strengthen culture, engagement and readiness.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Provide maternity cover support ensuring continuity of OD priorities.
