Job summary

Ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a support role, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse teams. The role offers exposure to public sector transformation and internal stakeholder

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a support role.
• Experience in public agencies or similar functions is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist OD&T practitioners in organisational, division, team and individual level interventions.
• Manage staff engagement processes and event scheduling.
