Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in workplace operations, facilities management or corporate services.
• Experience or interest in digitalisation, process improvement and implementing digital solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder and service provider management, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support space management and planning, including assessing space requirements and coordinating workplace moves and changes.
• Administer access control systems, asset tracking and reporting; coordinate event logistics and workplace reservations.
• Manage subscriptions and renewals for corporate services and workplace-related services; support procurement and contract administration activities.
