Job summary

ST Engineering invites an Observability Engineer to join our enterprise monitoring team. You will implement, configure, and support observability, ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, and asset management solutions across diverse environments, including cloud and on-premises.

Expect hands-on POC work, demonstrations, and close collaboration with senior engineers and architects. Responsibilities include configuring dashboards, alerts, and service health views, integrating monitoring with ITSM and CMDB, and

Qualifications

3–4 years in observability/enterprise monitoring or IT operations.
Hands-on with at least one enterprise monitoring platform.
Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and service availability.
Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, discovery, asset management, and service mapping.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
Configure monitoring for servers, networks, apps, databases, storage, and cloud.
Create dashboards, alerts, and service health views; troubleshoot issues.
Integrate monitoring with ITSM for automated incident creation and updates.
Support CMDB, asset management, and discovery workflows.
Assist with REST API integrations and automation workflows.
