Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking an observability and monitoring specialist to implement, configure, and support enterprise solutions across servers, networks, apps, databases, storage, and cloud.

You will work with platforms like Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and ELK, build dashboards, automate tasks with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and partner with senior engineers to deliver reliable ITOM/ITSM integrations for customers.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in observability and ITOM/ITSM.
• Hands-on with at least one enterprise monitoring platform.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows and networking.
• Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• REST APIs and system integration exposure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork for customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Configure monitoring for servers, networks, applications, databases, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts and support integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, SNMP, Syslog, and agents.
• Integrate monitoring/observability with ITSM solutions for automated incident creation and updates.
• Support ITSM dashboards, reports, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and solution architects on deployments.
