Job summary

2511 Carrier Singapore Pte Limited is seeking an Order to Cash Collections Delivery Lead in Singapore to strengthen collections capabilities and partner with regional leaders using data-driven insights to maximise cash flow across a multi-country matrix.

You will lead a regional collections team, drive end-to-end O2C improvements, and ensure robust process discipline while partnering with stakeholders to optimise working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or general management.
• Proven career experience delivering a best-in-class order to cash process.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional engagement.
• ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement training.
• Knowledge of customer journey, finance processes and strong business acumen.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering.
• High negotiation skills and results orientation.
• Ability to work in a global, virtual, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly business-review meetings with clear analysis of results, drivers, risks and actions.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to regional and business leaders with data insights to drive issue resolution.
• Lead Carrier excellence to proactively solve end-to-end O2C issues.
• Build and lead a regional collections team with performance feedback and succession planning.
• Identify audit risks in O2C and establish remediation plans.
