Job summary

Abbott in Singapore is seeking a Nutrition Account Specialist to drive sales growth in the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, stay informed on medical and nutritional science, and execute customer engagement plans to generate demand for Abbott nutrition products.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

1–3 years of sales experience in nutrition, FMCG, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage territory.
Excellent presentation abilities.
Fluent in English; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Maintain deep understanding of medical and nutritional science and healthcare landscape.
Carry out sales calls and customer engagement plans to generate demand for Abbott nutrition products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to doctors, nurses and dietitians in the territory.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM.
Drive growth and market share in targeted accounts.
Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
Ensure compliance with Abbott’s policies and industry regulations.
