Job summary

Abbott Laboratories Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Specialist for Supply Planning & Operations within the Nutrition division. You will manage supply planning, inventory stewardship, and performance, acting as the bridge between planning and operations to ensure product availability and collaboration with 3PLs and manufacturing sites.

The role involves projects and continuous improvement in planning processes and new tools adoption, requiring prior experience in supply

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
5+ years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, or related functions.
Experience in Nutrition, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Nutrition, or other regulated supply chain environments.
Experience managing complex supply networks with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
Exposure to S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned product portfolios, ensuring alignment of demand, supply and inventory targets.
Develop and maintain effective supply plans to support growth and service levels.
Monitor supply-demand imbalances and propose mitigation actions.
Support NPI, product launches, reformulations, regulatory changes, and SKU rationalization.
Lead bi-weekly replenishment planning and Local Value Added planning.
