Job summary

NTUC Health seeks a Nursing Operations Manager to oversee a nursing home’s day-to-day care, ensuring policy alignment and resident well-being. You will lead a team of RNs, ENs, Nursing Aides and HCAs, and drive clinical governance, incident reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include budget planning, resource management, quality assurance, policy updates, and ensuring compliance with MOH and SNB standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing is required.
• Valid practicing certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Leadership experience in a nursing home, geriatric ward, or step-down care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages assigned nursing home operations to reflect the centre's philosophy, policies and objectives in day-to-day care.
• Leads a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants.
• Oversees incident reporting, investigations, and communication of responses to families.
• Develops and implements emergency response strategies.
• Participates in budget planning and ensures optimal utilization of resources.
