Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience as Head of Nursing or Senior Nurse Manager.
• Advanced diploma certificate (any discipline) is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day nursing home operations and enforce SOPs and policies.
• Track Nursing KPIs and identify improvements and gaps.
• Lead or participate in quality and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with care team to achieve resident outcomes.
• Manpower budget planning and control.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, orientation, training and performance management of care staff.
• Oversee progress of projects related to new facilities, processes or programs.
• Research and prepare proposals for management review.
• Involvement in other areas of the company’s business as needed.
