Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Nursing Home Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day care in line with the home’s philosophy and MOH/SNB standards. You will lead RNs, ENs, Nursing Aides and HCAs to deliver high-quality geriatric care.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, budget planning, staffing oversight, and collaboration with external agencies to ensure compliance and smooth resident transitions.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma with valid practice in Singapore.
• Experience leading nursing home/geriatric care teams is preferred.
• BCLS certification and SNB registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing home operations ensuring alignment with philosophy, policies and resident care.
• Lead a team of RNs, Enrolled Nurses, Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations and communications with families.
• Develop and implement emergency strategies and participate in budget planning.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, manpower resources and budget utilization across shifts and services.
