We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to join a well-established healthcare organisation providing quality care and support to the community.

In this leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations, lead a team of nursing professionals, and ensure high standards of resident care, safety and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day nursing operations and ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.

• Lead, supervise and develop a team of nurses and healthcare staff.

• Ensure nursing practices comply with relevant healthcare standards, policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor residents' clinical conditions and work closely with doctors, allied health professionals and other care teams to ensure appropriate care plans are implemented.

• Review and improve nursing processes, workflows and quality of care.

• Manage staff deployment, rostering and manpower planning to ensure adequate coverage.

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in handling clinical and operational matters.

• Conduct regular audits, reviews and follow-ups on clinical incidents, infection control and quality improvement initiatives.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families and relevant stakeholders regarding care needs and concerns.

• Support staff training, competency development and continuous professional improvement.

• Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance residents' care experience.

• Handle other nursing and operational responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma / Degree in Nursing.

• Registered Nurse with a valid registration and practising certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• Relevant nursing experience, preferably with experience in a nursing home, community care, eldercare or long-term care setting.

• Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience is preferred.

• Strong clinical knowledge with good understanding of nursing standards and practices.

• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Passionate about delivering quality and person-centred care.
