Job summary

The Associate Nurse Manager (HPC & HPC+) supports the Nurse Manager in clinical leadership, governance and operational oversight for Home Personal Care (HPC) and Enhanced HPC services in the community.

Role combines hands-on community nursing with team supervision and service coordination to ensure safe, ethical and person-centered care for clients with complex needs in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and SNB registration.
• 4–6 years of nursing experience, with community/home care preferred.
• Post-basic qualification in community nursing, gerontology, palliative care or leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for HPC and HPC+ services.
• Support care planning, clinical decision-making and escalation according to protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated community care.
• Assist in quality improvement, risk management and compliant documentation.
