Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Metro Real-time Defect Analysis (RDA) Shift Engineer to ensure stable, safe operation of advanced packaging equipment during NPI ramps and early manufacturing.

You will respond to alarms, leverage RDA tools, and collaborate across Process, Equipment, NPI, and IT teams to minimize downtime and accelerate learning cycles while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of semiconductor manufacturing/advanced packaging experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 24x7 shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line responder for alarms, system issues, and process deviations across packaging lines.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and learning cycles.
• Monitor tool health and SPC/FDC data during shifts and ensure data integrity.
• Provide high-quality shift documentation and handover.
• Support NPI tool bring-up, recovery, and ramp readiness.
