Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or Chemistry.
• Proficiency or familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI, JMP) is desirable.
• Experience or understanding of semiconductor process flow, wafer disposition, defect inspection concepts and process monitoring is advantageous.
• Exposure to AI-assisted automation for routine tasks and productivity projects.
• Experience with optical inspection tools, metrology systems or manufacturing operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily process operations and support wafer movement to ensure timely development activities and experiments.
• Perform lot disposition by reviewing results and conditions, escalating anomalies when required.
• Support setup, execution, and maintenance of basic inspection recipes across optical stations.
• Coordinate inspection requests across teams to meet cycle time and learning objectives.
• Track lot status, inspection progress, tool use, and risks during handovers and reviews.
• Assist engineers in data collection, wafer disposition, experiment execution, and characterization activities.
• Support qualification, documentation, and continuous improvement of inspection workflows and practices.
