Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking an Engineer for Metro Real-time Defect Analysis (RDA) Process & Equipment in Singapore. You will develop, deploy, and sustain RDA capabilities to improve tool stability and process robustness across advanced packaging and NPI manufacturing environments.

You will integrate process knowledge with AI-enabled insights, support NPIs and ramp activities, and collaborate with Process, Equipment, NPI, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement in monitoring and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
0–2 years of semiconductor/manufacturing or RDA/automation experience is preferred.
Experience with NPI, pilot lines or early production ramps is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain RDA monitoring strategies for advanced packaging and NPI environments.
Translate process/ equipment knowledge into SPC, FDC, and RDA alarms and diagnostics.
Support tool bring-up, qualification, stabilization, and ramp readiness using RDA insights.
Analyze equipment and process performance metrics to identify improvements and reduce MTTR.
Collaborate with Site and Global teams to standardize monitoring across tools and sites.
