Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a capable engineer to manage product transfer, supplier coordination, and project execution in a manufacturing setting. You will prepare requisitions, review supplier proposals, and liaise with customers across departments to ensure successful order fulfilment.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, a degree or diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience; contract manufacturing background a plus.
• Experience communicating with contract manufacturers/suppliers, ability to analyze technical drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ, NPD, NPI, FA and Product Transfer.
• Prepare requisitions, review supplier offers, and conduct bid evaluations when needed.
• Coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure order fulfilment.
