Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced engineer to lead new product introduction projects, coordinate transfers, and ensure manufacturing readiness for new and existing products.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality and other teams to resolve issues, support changes and document processes, ensuring smooth mass production transitions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing support.
• Familiar with engineering change management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
