Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer with strong exposure to OEM medical device manufacturing to join our team at Serangoon North, Singapore.

The role focuses on planning and managing NPI projects, driving product introductions, and coordinating manufacturing readiness for mass production. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in electronics manufacturing (PCBA/EMS), with deep knowledge of NPI, product transfer, ECN management and CAPA processes, along with

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong experience in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing process development.
• Experience in ECN management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and production issue resolution.
• Must have experience in NPI / OEM medical device manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements is preferred.

• Basic Salary: Up to S$5,500 + Bonus: Provided

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Location: Serangoon North

• Annual Leave: 14 days
