Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced electronics professional to manage projects for assembled products, lead NPI and product transfer to mass production, and support engineering with ECN, troubleshooting, and CAPA. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and ensure production readiness.

The role requires a Diploma in Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years in PCBA/EMS or electronics manufacturing, and knowledge of ISO 13485 or FDA

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in NPI and product transfer.
• Experience in ECN management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements preferred.

Salary Package: Up to $5500 basic

Working Location: Serangoon

Working Hours: Mon to Fri | 8.30am - 6pm
