Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to manage customer projects in an EMS/PCBA environment, coordinating activities from product introduction through to mass production and ramp. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet timelines, production readiness, and target specifications.
Based in North-East Singapore, the role offers a 5-day work week with 8:30am-6:00pm hours, and a basic salary up to SGD 5,500 depending on experience.

Our client is an established electronics manufacturing company providing manufacturing and product engineering solutions to customers across various industries.
They are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with strong experience in the EMS / PCBA / electronics manufacturing environment to manage customer projects and coordinate activities from product introduction through mass production.
Plan and manage projects for complete assembled products, including timeline management, resource coordination, production readiness activities, and follow-up on project deliverables.
Coordinate with customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, and product targets are achieved.
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, ensuring successful transition from development to mass production.
Support product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and production issue resolution.
Take a hands-on approach in supporting manufacturing and production issues, working closely with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain regular communication with customers on project progress, technical issues, changes, and production-related matters.
Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans, manufacturing records, and other project-related documentation.
Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in an EMS / PCBA / electronics manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects.
Able to coordinate directly with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of PCBA/electronics manufacturing processes and production requirements.
Experience in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing process development.
Experience in ECN management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and production issue resolution.
Strong project coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements will be an advantage.
