Job summary

Lucky Joint Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a vigilant operations support specialist for a 24×7 data centre environment in Singapore. You will monitor BMS, power, cooling, and network service status, perform Level 1 troubleshooting, and create incident tickets.

The role offers a 4-day work week with night shifts from 8pm to 8am, on‑job training for fresh graduates, and opportunities for annual increments and bonuses. Prior experience in data centre facilities or NOC is preferred.

Qualifications

• ITE / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, IT, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in data centre, facilities, NOC, telecommunications or similar operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of BMS, electrical/ACMV systems, UPS, cooling systems or telecommunications/fibre networks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ticketing / IT Service Management systems is advantageous.
• Good communication, documentation and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24×7 onsite operational support for the cable landing station, optical fiber network, and other customer's critical infrastructure.
• Monitor local BMS including power, UPS, cooling, temperature/humidity, water detection, fire safety and other building systems.
• Monitor optical fibre network alarms and service status, and perform Level 1 troubleshooting for network and facility incidents.
• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for facility, network and operational incidents according to established procedures.
• Create, update and manage trouble tickets from initial reporting through resolution and closure, escalating to Level 2/3 support or vendors where required.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and perform basic M&E troubleshooting or minor repairs where appropriate.
• Coordinate customer requests, incidents, changes, access and onsite support activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, security, operational procedures and house rules.
• Maintain operational records and documentation including SOP, MOP, EOP, shift logs, incident reports and service reports.
