Job summary

LUCKY JOINT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site Operations Support role to maintain critical infrastructure, monitor BMS systems, and perform Level 1 troubleshooting for fibre networks.

The job offers 24×7 coverage, a 4‑day work week, and night shift hours from 8pm to 8am. Fresh graduates are welcomed and on-job training is provided. Candidates should have a relevant diploma or certification, basic ITSM knowledge, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• ITE, Higher Nitec or Diploma in related discipline.
• Fresh graduate welcomed; on-job training provided.
• Basic knowledge of BMS, UPS, cooling, telecoms or fibre networks advantageous.
• Familiar with ticketing/IT Service Management systems advantageous.
• Good communication, documentation and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24×7 onsite operational support for the cable landing station, optical fiber network and customer's critical infrastructure.
• Monitor local BMS including power, UPS, cooling, temperature/humidity, water detection, fire safety and other building systems.
• Monitor optical fibre network alarms and perform Level 1 troubleshooting for network and facility incidents.
• Create, update and manage trouble tickets from initial reporting through resolution and closure, escalating to Level 2/3 support or vendors where required.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and perform basic M&E troubleshooting or minor repairs where appropriate.
• Coordinate customer requests, incidents, changes, access and onsite support activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, security, operational procedures and house rules.
• Maintain operational records and documentation including SOP, MOP, EOP, shift logs, incident reports and service reports.

Requirements

• ITE / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, IT, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in data centre, facilities, NOC, telecommunications or similar operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of BMS, electrical/ACMV systems, UPS, cooling systems or telecommunications/fibre networks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ticketing / IT Service Management systems is advantageous.
• Good communication, documentation and Microsoft Office skills.
