CONSULT SELECTION PTE LTD seeks a Technical Market Development Specialist I to drive Nb-bearing steel market growth globally. You will engage with steel makers and end-users, overseeing technical initiatives and translating them into business opportunities.

You will collaborate across functions, manage complex projects, and travel up to 50-60% internationally to support customers and showcase Nb technology in sessions and conferences.

Qualifications

Engineering background in Materials/Metallurgy
Master’s degree in Materials/Metallurgy highly preferred or strongly appreciated

Responsibilities

Implement, manage and validate technical initiatives for market expansion with customers and internal teams.
Lead R&D projects, provide technical support at steel plants, and run industrial trials.
Present results at conferences and organize tech-days for end-users.
Translate technical insights into actionable Nb product sales with global teams.
