⚠️ Part timers might be rejected if they are late ⚠️ MUST sign in and out of Ninjavan attendance sheet to be paid [‼️ Freelancer who DID NOT mark attendance with ninja van need to revisit the job site to confirm attendance with the on‑site personnel.] ⚠️ Always clock in/out of ninja van system first before scanning EL Connect QR Code [‼️ Issue faced when scanning QR code via EL Connect App, take a photo of the SUCCESSFUL clocking in/out screen from ninja van computer system and Contact Support in-app to verify your attendance.]

⚠️ A police report will be filed, and a penalty of $500, plus the cost of the parcel, will be imposed on freelancers found guilty of theft or attempted theft. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1) New attendees who cancel last‑minute, no‑show, or provide MC less than 5 hours before a job will be banned from Ninja Van. 2) Subsequent last‑minute cancellations, no‑shows, or MCs given less than 5 hours before a job will result in disciplinary action. Inform the in‑charge ASAP if unable to attend. 3) Regulars who cancel last‑minute, no‑show, or give MCs less than 5 hours before a job will have their next job canceled and/or lower priority for future jobs. 4) You are obligated to scan in & scan out of EL Connect App, otherwise you will not be paid. (Any system issue are to screenshot and report immediate via in‑app Support)

🚫 Photography inside the warehouse is strictly prohibited [ except for the purpose of recording YOUR OWN clock‑in / clock‑out details of the computer screen as proof of attendance in case there are any QR code scanning issues ]⛔️ NO theft allowed. At End of every shift before clock out, ninjavan side will conduct bag checks anyone found committing theft will be reported to the Authorities immediately⛔️ DO NOT bring bags or valuables, the locker/storage provided is non‑lockable - keep valuables like wallet and phone inside pocket.⛔️ No Smoking in non‑designated areas.⛔️ No MIA , complains or Fights (violation will result in non‑payment)

Late comers might be rejected and send back📞 Contact site supervisor - send an image via WhatsApp of your surroundings would help site supervisor to locate you faster. (eg. Mall Entrance, Guard house, HDB block no., etc)💬 WhatsApp text/call preferred for contacting site supervisor if voice call/SMS fails.🛎️ Late comers may be rejected for the day’s job📲 DO NOT turn up until you receive EL Connect app and email notification.🚫 ALL shifts must complete AT LEAST 80% of the job stipulated time to be paid🚫 Leaving work before job end time is misconduct and may result in no pay.
