Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Air Export Operations Officer for the night shift in Singapore. Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters.

You will process shipping documents and execute AWBs, ensuring accurate input of dimensions, weights, rates, and other data into the system. Responsibilities include performing compliance checks for DG and Temperature Control cargo, sending pre-alerts to overseas destinations, and monitoring conso cut-off to lodge cargo

Qualifications

• PC-literate and comfortable using or learning software.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Detail oriented, meticulous and self motivated.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsibility in completing work tasks.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if have.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters
• Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs
• Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into system
• Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo
• Send pre-alerts to overseas destination
• Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipment
