Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA Analyst to develop and execute UAT and QA test plans, ensuring clear entry/exit criteria. You will review requirements and user stories to keep testing scope aligned with standards and coordinate with business stakeholders for smooth UAT delivery.

The role oversees functional, regression, and integration testing, leads defect triage, and maintains consistent testing methodologies across initiatives, driving governance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing UAT/test plans.
• Ability to translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and QA teams.

• Maintain consistent testing methodology, documentation, and reporting across initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance testing governance and efficiency.
