Job summary

RMA Consultants in Singapore is seeking a proactive UAT/QA Specialist to champion quality assurance and bridge business requirements with technical delivery.

You will engage stakeholders, design and execute test cases across desktop, mobile and tablet, and maintain thorough documentation throughout the lifecycle. This contract for one year (extendable) supports a role within a leading digital banking environment, with strong emphasis on cross-platform testing and UAT readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and communicating complex technical issues to non-technical partners.
• Strong proficiency in the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including UAT design and execution.
• Experience with cross-platform testing (desktop, mobile, tablet) and regression testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Proactive communication with business units to align on requirements and manage expectations through UAT readiness scorecards.
• Change Impact Analysis: Define testing scope for new features/bug fixes and link to user stories.
• Test Design & Execution: Develop and execute test cases, conduct UAT, and verify fixes with bug resolution.
• Cross-Platform Regression & LV: Perform regression testing across desktop, mobile, and tablet to ensure consistent UX.
• Continuous Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of user stories, requirements, test plans, and results.

The Role:

We’re seeking a proactive UAT / QA Specialist to champion quality assurance and bridge business requirements with technical delivery..

Job Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Proactive communication with business units to align on requirements, provide status updates, and manage expectations through UAT readiness scorecards.
• Change Impact Analysis: Assessing new features, bug fixes, functional changes, and data sources to define testing scope, documented and linked to user stories.
• Test Design & Execution: Developing and executing test cases based on functional requirements, including rigorous UAT. This encompasses issue analysis, UAT readiness scorecards for stakeholders, and collaborative bug resolution (Glean ticket management and UAT fix verification).
• Cross-Platform Regression & Live Verification (LV): Comprehensive regression testing across desktop, mobile, and tablet to maintain existing functionality and consistent user experience.
• Continuous Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation (user stories, requirements, test plans, cases, results) for transparency and thoroughness throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical business partners.
• Strong proficiency in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including UAT design, execution, and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Expertise in cross-platform testing (desktop, mobile, tablet) and regression testing strategies.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar) and managing ticket workflows.
• Analytical mindset for change impact analysis and functional requirement interpretation.
• This is a Contract role for One year/extendable
