Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a QA professional to support Testing activities across web applications and integrated systems in a banking/insurance environment. You will review business and functional requirements to identify test scenarios, develop detailed test cases, and assist in test planning and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

The role involves executing manual testing, logging defects, and coordinating UAT with Product Owners and business users.

Qualifications

Min. 2-3 years of UAT experience in bank/insurance

Responsibilities

Review business and functional requirements to identify test scenarios and support the preparation of test plans, strategies and schedules.
Develop detailed test cases and scripts covering functional, integration, regression, end to end testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Execute manual testing across web applications and integrated systems to validate business workflows, user journeys and system interfaces.
Log, track and manage defects; work closely with developers and vendors on issue investigation, retesting and closure verification.
Coordinate testing and UAT activities with business users, Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, vendors and technology teams.
Maintain testing documentation, evidence, status reports and quality metrics in accordance with project governance and testing standards.
