Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Testing/ UAT support professional to engage with Recruitment Managers and business users, execute test cases, log defects, and validate system enhancements.

You will coordinate with project teams on testing, training and change management, prepare management reports and user feedback summaries, and assist in documenting business processes, user guides and test scripts. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Able to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, defect logging, and validation of system enhancements.
Engage Recruitment Managers and business users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements.
Track, consolidate, and follow up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on testing, training, and change management activities.
Prepare management reports, user feedback summaries, and project status updates.
Support communication and engagement initiatives to drive user awareness and adoption of system enhancements.
Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, test scripts, and other testing materials as required.
