Job summary

E-Solutions in Singapore is seeking an L2 Network Support professional to help manage enterprise LAN/WAN environments across multiple sites. You will handle incidents, changes, and configurations with a focus on reliability and uptime.

You will work with firewalls, wireless platforms, and network monitoring tools, documenting procedures and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP).
• Experience with switching features (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, VXLAN).
• Experience with wireless (Cisco/Aruba/Meraki).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, QoS.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network incidents, requests, and changes.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments.
• Manage routing and switching infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Support and administer firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower).
• Manage wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki).
• Monitor network performance and proactively address issues.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and backups.
• Participate in network implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
• Create and maintain network documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
