Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is actively seeking a Network Engineer in Singapore to provide L2/L3 support for incidents and service requests. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs and VPNs, and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices to maintain optimal network performance.

You will monitor networks, respond to alerts, perform upgrades and preventive maintenance, conduct basic RCAs, and work with vendors to resolve issues while keeping accurate documentation

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, CS, Networking or equivalent.
3–5 years of relevant network engineering experience.
CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 network support for incidents, service requests and network issues.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, routing, switching, VLANs and VPNs.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and wireless devices.
Monitor network performance and respond to alerts and incidents.
Perform network changes, upgrades, configuration and preventive maintenance.
Conduct basic RCA and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
