Job summary

Synapxe seeks a Network Operations & Support professional to maintain enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN, monitor performance, and drive incident resolution. The role covers network design, security alignment, and collaboration with vendors to ensure reliable service delivery.

You will participate in change management, perform root-cause analyses, and support capacity planning to meet evolving requirements within a Singapore-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and services.
• Ability to troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis and resolve incidents.
• Knowledge of security standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN/WLAN and security devices.
• Monitor performance, availability and capacity to ensure service delivery.
• Lead change, incident and problem management with documented procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and plan improvements.
