Job summary

PSA Singapore seeks a Network Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade networks powering critical port operations. You will work with cutting-edge cloud and converged infrastructure while ensuring 24x7 availability.

You will collaborate across ICT, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to automation and monitoring efforts to boost performance and reliability in a complex, high-availability environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in network infrastructure, enterprise networking, or network operations.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, load balancing, and network security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, deployment, and operations of enterprise network infrastructure that powers 24/7 mission-critical port operations.
• Collaborate with teams across ICT to identify and implement improvements that boost network performance and reliability.
• Work hands-on with enterprise network technologies from leading global vendors.
• Troubleshoot network issues and support incident management to ensure service continuity.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, and optimization initiatives for scalable network operations.
