Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a senior network engineer to support and optimize multi-vendor enterprise networks. You will lead incidents, implement IOS upgrades, and collaborate with vendors to resolve complex outages. Strong Cisco, Fortinet, and Checkpoint experience is essential.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 support responsibilities, contributing to continuous service improvement and documentation standards across ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of work experience in network, wireless, and security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with multi-product environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint).

Responsibilities

• Understand processes and SOPs for Support Templates.
• Lead critical incidents with team and vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patching across Cisco IOS/NXOS/Wireless
• Handle complex network and security production issues with swift workarounds.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners and customers for permanent resolutions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply mitigations promptly.
• Support 24/7 operations and standby role on a rotation basis.
• Follow SLA commitments and update helpdesk and customers.
