Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Critical Facilities Operations & Incident Response Engineer in Singapore to manage Data Centre operations. This role involves monitoring critical infrastructure in a 24x7 environment, responding to alarms, and ensuring operational compliance.

Candidates should have a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in Data Centre or facilities operations. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a shift rotation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Centre Operations.
• Understanding of Data Centre facilities systems including power and cooling.
• ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.

• Respond promptly to facility alarms and incidents.
• Maintain accurate operational records and escalation reports.
