Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Network Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage AWS cloud networking and enterprise operations. Qualifications

Our client is seeking a Network Infrastructure Support Engineer with hands‑on experience in AWS cloud networking and enterprise network operations. You will be part of the network infrastructure team, providing operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across core on‑prem and AWS environments, while ensuring compliance with strict security and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operations support and maintenance for core network infrastructure and AWS networking components
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and elevate network incidents in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet SLAs
• Perform fault analysis, configuration updates, and performance tuning across on‑premise and cloud environments
• Maintain accurate documentation, configuration records, operational best practices
• Ensure all activities comply with required security policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network infrastructure and cloud networking roles
• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls, routers, and switches
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and NTP
• AWS operational experience in System Administrator or Cloud Engineer roles
• CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Preferred AWS certifications: Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator (Associate), or Solutions Architect (Associate)
• AWS Advanced Networking (Specialty) certification is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for network and access‑related issues
• Prior experience in defence or government environments requiring security clearance is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
