Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Managing and administering enterprise network infrastructure across production, DR, and test environments
- Supporting a diverse ecosystem of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers, DNS, and NAC
- Conducting patching, upgrades, and infrastructure hardening to maintain system integrity
- Leading and supporting disaster recovery (DR) tests, failover exercises, and infrastructure readiness checks
- Providing second-level support, resolving network incidents, and executing root cause analysis
- Presenting changes in formal change advisory board (CAB) meetings and following best practices in IT service management
- Monitoring network capacity and performance to ensure seamless operations
- Maintaining accurate technical documentation and configuration libraries
- Supporting infrastructure-related projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Min. 5 years of solid hands‑on experience in managing enterprise network and security systems
- Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, and related technologies
- Experience in high‑availability, regulated, or mission‑critical environments preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Able to manage priorities in fast‑paced and high‑stakes settings
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Certifications (Not mandatory but highly valued)
- Cisco: CCNA / CCNP
- Check Point: CCSA / CCSE
- Fortinet: NSE (up to Level 4)
