Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a pre-sales and technical support specialist in networking. You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable networking products and deliver product demonstrations and testing.

The role includes onsite/remote delivery, after-sales support, and collaboration with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. CCNA is a plus and a degree in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support.
• CCNA certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
• Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
• Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
• Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required.
• Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Education

Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent

Salary range: $5000 - $6500

AWS and Performance Bonus provided

Working days & hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Friday)
