Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, CCNA certification, and strong analytical and documentation skills to support ongoing upgrades, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure using Cisco networking equipment and technologies.
• Configure and manage routing and switching protocols to ensure seamless network connectivity and performance.
• Perform comprehensive network troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
• Monitor network performance and analyze traffic patterns to optimize network efficiency and capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, access control lists, and VPN configurations.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures in a clear and organized manner for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Conduct regular network assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Respond to network incidents and provide technical support to resolve issues within established timeframes.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging networking technologies.
