Job summary
EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented network professional for pre-sales and technical support at our Ang Mo Kio location. You will understand customer needs and recommend networking products, perform demonstrations, and assist with implementation and delivery of networking solutions.
The role involves on-site/remote support, after-sales troubleshooting, and customer training. A degree in relevant field and 3+ years in networking is expected; CCNA is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support.
- CCNA certification will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
- Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
- Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
- Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required.
- Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.
