Job summary

Quess Singapore is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager with a Degree in Computer Science/IT and 5+ years of experience managing technology projects. You will lead two .NET implementation initiatives in enterprise environments, driving requirement gathering, development, testing, security scanning, performance testing, rollout and post-go-live support.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing technology projects.

• Ability to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within timelines, scope, and budget.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resources (personnel, technology, budget) to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and provide regular status reports.
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, government).

Experience and Skills Needed:
