Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory Administrative assistant to oversee posting and receiving in Navision, monitor stock levels, and perform daily cycle counts.

The role involves coordinating with department staff to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient warehouse operations. The candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Navision) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of relevant or administrative experience.
• Experience in ERP software systems (SAP / Oracle / Navision) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Daily check to ensure posting & receiving were done correctly in Navision
• Monitor Drum and bulk buffer stock
• Daily cycle count check on findings of every product
• Provide dipping report daily (with findings).
• Seek approval for adjusting stock discrepancies.
• Raise disposal form
• Monitor toxic industrial waste
• Monitor and control line flushing, Quarantine & slow-moving products
• Collaborate and coordinate with key personnel within the department to ensure they work effectively and efficiently
• Any other duties as assigned by superior
