Job summary

A & One Precision Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Store Supervisor to manage the store and ensure SOP compliance during internal and external audits.

You will handle daily inventory, ERP data in Navision, goods receipt and issue, stock counting, and coordination with customers and vendors.

This role also oversees store equipment and forklift operations to ensure safe and efficient logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control store/warehouse ensuring SOP compliance during audits.
• Maintain and control store physical inventory: storage, picking, packing, stuffing and un-stuffing shipments daily.
• Manage store stock data in ERP Navision accurately and promptly.
• Handle goods receipt/issuance with proper documentation control.
• Conduct stock period checking and counting.
• Liaise with internal/external customers and vendors on all store/logistics matters.
• Manage all store equipment and forklift/truck operations.
